About the product
Nanocubes produced by chemical synthesis. The product is a colloidal system in aqueous solution stabilized with CTAB and is supplied with a particle concentration of about 10¹¹ mL⁻¹. Morphology and geometry are confirmed by SEM and TEM.
Well-defined facets and vertices create local regions of enhanced field at the corners and edges of the particles. Nanocubes pack densely and assemble into ordered monolayers, which opens the way to plasmonic metamaterials and nanostructured coatings.
